BRIDGELAND ROWHOUSE (2020)

Speaking to the City’s evolving urban lifestyle, this project envisioned the transformation of a corner lot in one of Calgary’s oldest neighborhoods. After obtaining new land use zoning from The City, an older home was relocated to make way for a 3-unit rowhouse designed by Inertia Residential Design. These interiors feature high-contrast finishes and modern design elements over four fully developed levels with rooftop patios overlooking the downtown skyline.
