Varsity Renovation 2023

The scope of work included a full-scale renovation from framing stage working within the existing building envelope. Our team identified and resolved deficient structural issues from the original build and modernized the home with today’s building code. We then worked along side the homeowners to finish their family home with a new color scheme and updated details and materials to integrate with preserved features such as the stone fireplace. In addition, we created a brand-new mudroom complete with a dog wash.
